Return Policy

All UNUSED items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days from purchase.  Full spools or rolls ONLY.  If 100 yds was shipped on a spool, the returned spool MUST contain 100 yds to be eligible for refund.  Partially used spools are not returnable.
 

No returns shall be accepted by Pearl Trim without a return authorization number (RMA). All products must be returned within (10) days of receipt of RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Buyer is responsible for all return freight. NO RETURNS shall be accepted by Pearl Trim on custom manufactured items.
